Admission Information Instructions for Parents

• Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photograph, will be considered invalid.
• Registration does not imply admission which is subject to observation and interaction and the availability of seats.
• At the time of Registration the following documents along with Registration and Processing Fee of Rs. 3000/- are to be submitted to the School Office.
  • Duly filled and signed Registration Form
  • Colour passport-size photographs pasted at the appropriate place in the forms.
  • Photocopy of Proof of Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or any other Competent Authority). Date of birth certificate issued by Doctors/Nursing Homes/ Hospitals will notbe accepted.
• Admission from Nursery to 9 will depend on availability of seats.
• It is strictly advised that the parents should fill the registration form themselves. In case this form is filled by guardians, it should be clearly indicated. The same local guardian’s signature is to be endorsed in the ALMANAC if the child gets admission.
• Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth filled in the Registration Form tallies with that on the original birth certificate.
• If T.C. with ‘passed’ or ‘promoted’ is not submitted of the earlier school in time, i.e. before the session commences in April 2024, or latest by end of April 2024, the admission stands cancelled.
• Parents should note that any admission done after the session has started (in case of transfers or relocations), the T.C. of the student should be submitted within 15 days of the admission. No extension of date will be allowed. If they fail to submit the T.C. within 15 days, they forfeit the right of admission and no refund will be made whatsoever.

Document requires to be submitted at the time of Registration:

• Photograph of Student
  • 6(six) passport size coloured photographs
• Photograph of Parent
  • Single passport size coloured photographs of mother
  • Single passport size coloured photographs of father
  • Formal studio Post Card size coloured photographs of father & mother with ward in centre
• Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent Authority)
• Xerox copy of Previous year’s or Last exam Mark Sheet (for class –XI, Pre-board Mark Sheet or Last exam Mark Sheet of Class –X)
• Affidavit cum Undertaking.
• Xerox copy of Pan card of parent (father/mother)
• Xerox copy of Aadhar card of student and parent (father/mother)
• In case of S.C, S.T, O.B.C (to be supported by valid documents)
• Original Transfer Certificate (T.C) needs to be submitted before the session starts or latest by April, 2024.
• Original Migration (in case board is changed in class XI)
